Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding federal holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Due to the made-to-order nature of all Cult Haven garments, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This policy applies to all items, including clothing and lingerie.

DAMAGED ITEMS
In the rare event of a garment arriving to you in faulty condition please contact hello@culthaven.com within two weeks of receiving the item.
SHIPPING PROVIDER
We are not responsible if there is an issue with the shipping carrier.
If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we are unable to intervene, as the address information is submitted directly by the customer during the order process.
In the event that an invalid address is provided and the package is returned to our facility, the customer MUST contact us via email regarding their order. Once we receive the returned package, we will process a refund.
Please note that any refunds will cover the total cost of the order, excluding the shipping fee. The shipping fee is non-refundable.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Wash cold, inside out, with gentle detergent Hang or lay flat to dry for best results
Note: Washing or drying on high heat will cause shrinkage and may alter fabric treatments.
